Jenny's company,Copeland Coaching, specialises in executive individual and team coaching, training and development. Jenny has been intimately involved in the development of the Destiny Programme and has worked with Juice Associates since its inception.

Jenny's background in retail, training and customer service grounds the Juice team and Juice Associates' client projects in reality, process and structure. She has a deep and intuitive understanding of team dynamics and effective processes in live operational environments.

Previously, Jenny directed operations for BT's retail chain, starting as a store manager and eventually managing operations for the 100+ store portfolio. She oversaw the retail introduction of Cellnet's entry into the Consumer market via the BT stores, leading the way for a massive new market sector and the establishment of BT's retail arm as a profitable entity. She then took her skills to Cellnet where she led a large field force in supporting their high-street distribution network.
