Hillary Corney
Whilst Juice Associates does not focus on providing technical skills, Hillary Corney brings a combination of an entrepreneurial, value-based approach to technology development and an ability to create and develop solutions within large-scale technical development and operational environments. He is recognised by his peers for his creative & technical expression and he provides a mentoring and reference point for our projects.
Hillary is currently a member of the technology management team at Eduserve, a not-for-profit technology solutions organisation that enables access to information and communications for millions of people in the UK Higher and Further Education sectors.
Hillary has had a successful career in designing and developing technical services, applications and architectures across both old and new technologies. He was involved in the earliest eCommerce developments, creating the engine that managed the first eCommerce transaction in the UK. Hillary was Principal eCommerce Consultant at Computer Science Corporation where he advised major clients including Sainsbury and BT on eCommerce strategy and Prior to CSC he was a senior technical architect at Compaq/Digital where he enhanced his innovative development work with the specification and management of new Internet infrastructure deployments and systems for companies such as Reuters, Elan and MoneyXtra.
Notably, Hillary was also Chief Technical Officer of CricInfo, the largest sports website in the world. He managed an international team of people and suppliers across a worldwide infrastructure. During times of peak Test Cricket activity, the volume of traffic reached and exceeded some of the world's busiest portals such as Yahoo. The average is well over 200,000,000 page views per month (ABC Audited).
