Spence has worked with the Juice management team and several of the Associates for a number of years, becoming a Juice Associate in July 2003. He brings to the team a rare combination of sound commercial insight, an understanding of customers and markets and a strong background in financial management.

Spence has spent 13 years driving businesses in the IT, telecoms and Internet arena. He has extensive financial management and business planning experience in both VC-backed software businesses and Plc environments with Telewest and Energis, while his latter roles have focused on market and marketing management. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Spence works on projects that feature business modelling, planning, proposition development and merger and acquisition strategies. He can work end-to-end from strategy development to financial process and workflow creation.
